Definitions to Know Going Forward
Income Disclosure Statement (IDS) = The IDS explains the YL distributor’s average monthly incomes at each level. It includes the percentage of membership in each rank, average income for each rank, the average number of months to achieve each rank, etc.

Legs = The team members under you who are also growing their own Young Living business organizations. (ex: a team member you have signed for membership is now signing up their own members under his/her business organization). A qualifying leg leader will be spending 100 PV monthly and who have qualifying members under them.
Organizational Group Volume (OGV) = The total PV for the month that includes your personal PV order plus your team’s PV orders.
Personal Group Volume (PGV) = This is the PV of your monthly order and all PV totals for anyone under you, but outside your 2 legs of 4,000 OGV beginning in the Silver rank status.
Personal Volume (PV) = This is defined as the amount of product you order through your Young Living wholesale membership.

Star Ranks – Young Living Business Builders
Approximately 63 percent of Young Living’s business builder members are called Star members and it is considered for members who are building their Young Living business. To reach this level, you will enroll two new members to Young Living. There are 3 rankings within this division:

Star
Star level is the very first Young Living distributor rank and second in the “Business Builders” division. The qualifications to become a Star:
Spend 100 PV personally for the month
Have 500 OGV for the month in your team members and downline
How to Achieve 500 OGV:
500 PV order personally placed by you
300 PV order personally placed by you, plus 2 new team members with 100 PV order each
100 PV order personally placed by you, plus 400 PV order totals by team members
You can see that it is quite easy to achieve Star status by merely placing large personal PV orders. However, keep in mind that you do not receive commissions on your own orders, only for team members and downline orders.
Senior Star
Senior Star level is the second Young Living distributor rank and second in the “Business Builders” division. The qualifications to become a Senior Star:
Spend 100 PV personally for the month
Have 2,000 OGV for the month in your team members
Obviously, to maintain Senior Star status with a required 2,000 OGV each month requires you to begin building team members who love Young Living oils and products.
Executive
Executive level is the third Young Living distributor rank and final level in the “Business Builders” division. The qualifications to become an Executive:
Spend 100 PV personally for the month
Have 4,000 OGV for the month in your team members
Within the 4,000 OGV build two legs with 1,000 OGV each
How to Achieve 4,000 OGV
2 legs make up a minimum 2,000 (each of the 2 legs must have a minimum 1,000 OGV monthly)
Additional 2,000 OGV can come from inside or outside those legs membership PV’s.
Silver, Gold & Platinum Rank – Business Builders
Approximately 3 percent of Young Living’s “Business Builder” members are considered Silver, Gold & Platinum rank. These members are growing a Young Living business. When you reach this level, certain benefits are available to you, including additional earning opportunities, exclusive leadership recognition and leadership trainings. There are 3 rankings within this division:

Silver
Silver level is the fourth Young Living distributor rank and first in the “Business Builders” division. The qualifications to become a Silver:
Spend 100 PV personally for the month
Have 10,000 OGV for the month in your team members
Within the 10,000 OGV, have two legs each with 4,000 OGV
Have 1,000 PGV (ex: have two members outside your 2 legs who are spend 100 PV monthly AND have 4,000 OGV in their downline)
How to Achieve 10,000 OGV
Your two legs make up a minimum of 8,000 OGV,
Have additional members outside your required 2 legs that have a minimum 2,000 PV, so that you are growing your business beyond your first two legs
At this point, you can no longer work alone and must begin to support and promote the team leaders in your downlines.
Gold
Gold level is the fifth Young Living distributor rank and second in the “Business Builders” division. The qualifications to become a Gold:
Spend 100 PV personally for the month
Have 35,000 OGV for the month in your team members
Within the 35,000 OGV, have 3 legs each with 6,000 OGV
Have a minimum 1,000 PGV
Platinum
Platinum level is the sixth Young Living distributor rank and final in the “Business Builders” division. The qualifications to become a Platinum:
Spend 100 PV personally for the month
Have 100,000 OGV for the month in your team members
Within the 100,000 OGV, have 4 legs each with 8,000 OGV
Have a minimum 1,000 PGV
Diamond, Crown Diamond & Royal Diamond
RankRevOiLutionary Leaders
Approximately 1 percent of Young Living’s business builder members reach the RevOILutionary Leaders rank. RevOILutionary Leaders have achieved noteworthy success in their business. The considerable passion, time and effort to building the business is given the highest results, impact, and Young Living recognition. These ranks include:
Diamond
Crown Diamond
Royal Crown Diamond

Diamond level is the seventh Young Living distributor rank and first in its “RevOiLutionary Leaders” division. The qualifications to become a Diamond:
Spend 100 PV personally for the month
Have 250,000 OGV
Within the 250,000 OGV, have 5 legs each with 15,000 OGV
Have a minimum 1,000 PGV
Special Note: At this level, you have reached a privileged and select membership with Young Living. From here on there are tremendous additional perks, incentives, and company involvement.
Crown Diamond
Crown Diamond level is the eighth Young Living distributor rank and second in its “RevOiLutionary Leaders” division. The qualifications to become a Crown Diamond:
Spend 100 PV personally for the month
Have 750,000 OGV
Within the 750,000 OGV, have 6 legs each with 20,000 OGV
Have a minimum 1,000 PGV
Royal Crown Diamond
Royal Crown Diamond level is ninth Young Living distributor rank and final in its “RevOiLutionary Leaders” division. The qualifications to become a Royal Crown Diamond:
Spend 100 PV personally for the month
Have 1,500,000 OGV
Within the 1,500,000 OGV, have 6 legs each with 35,000 OGV
